It has been my experience for more than a decade that  Andara crystals never need to be cleansed.

Andara crystals are self-cleansing energy tools. As such, they reflect or make known the energy field of the person using them.
They may also indicate the current area's energy state.
Like a smoke detector, they give the user information to work with, and the state being worked on by the Andara crystal. Once done, the Andara crystal goes back to monitoring mode while still cleansing anything that comes up.
